St. Paul - Town and Country

There are several reasons why Town & Country is one of St. Paul’s most in-demand neighborhoods. For one, the timeless appeal of the majestic, turn-of-the-century architecture and tree-lined streets meets well with buyers. Secondly, the community is within walking distance to many amenities, including the wildly beautiful trails on the banks of the Mississippi. Distinctive retail stores and independent cafes and bakeries on Selby, Marshall, Snelling and University Avenues are also worth exploring.

Both the University of St. Thomas and Concordia University are close to the Town & Country neighborhood. University of St. Thomas is a private Catholic institution of higher learning and one of Minnesota’s largest independent universities. The school was established in 1885 and offers graduate and undergraduate degrees. Concordia University is also an historic campus. Dating back to 1893, the university caters to a small student population with liberal arts courses of study.

The center of St. Paul is about five miles east of the Town & Country neighborhood. St. Paul is a pleasant, scenic city featuring a long list of sites to see and things to explore. Notable attractions include the Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, History Center Museum, Minnesota Children’s Museum, Fitzgerald Theater and Cathedral of St. Paul.
